CheckPoint: Evaluating Sources The Internet contains a wealth of information on every imaginable topic. Some Web sites, however, contain information that is not reliable. Before you use a source for college papers, perform an evaluation regarding the site’s purpose, affiliations, author’s credentials, and so on.
